Tripp Jordan, Founder and President of Jordan Capital Consulting, has spent decades in the financial industry helping organizations recover capital, improve profitability, and strengthen their financial position. His work is rooted in a long-standing commitment to advocating for what businesses are rightfully entitled to - identifying overlooked opportunities and ensuring companies aren’t leaving money on the table.
He leads the firm’s core strategic initiatives, overseeing everything from deal structuring and negotiations to implementation and execution. Tripp works directly with clients to uncover hidden revenue, recover funds, and implement financial strategies that improve performance without disrupting existing operations.
Known for his ability to challenge inefficiencies and uncover opportunities others miss, Tripp has been recognized as an industry expert and featured across major media affiliates including CBS News, Fox News, NBC, and ABC. His focus remains on helping organizations unlock capital, increase profitability, and create long-term financial advantage.
Wendy Jordan serves as Director of Marketing and Operations for Jordan Capital Consulting, where she leads the firm’s strategic growth, brand positioning, and operational execution. With over a decade of experience running her own digital marketing agency, she brings a strong background in performance-driven marketing, holding certifications as a Google Partner and in Generative AI through Microsoft.
At JCC, Wendy oversees day-to-day operations across client engagements, ensuring seamless delivery while driving marketing strategy and internal growth initiatives. Her work supports the firm’s mission to help organizations increase profitability, unlock capital, and expand their impact.
Beyond JCC, Wendy is actively involved in philanthropic initiatives. She serves as a spokesperson for the Twilight Wish Foundation, advocating for and honoring seniors in need. She is also the publisher of The Empowered Executive on LinkedIn, where she highlights leaders who combine business success with meaningful community impact. Tripp and Wendy reside in Lake Norman, NC and enjoy spending time with their 3 grandchildren and 2 dachshunds.
